| FleetController's
new 'Flexi-Track' technology is the most versatile vehicle
and driver tracking solution available providing fleet
managers with a true next generation alternative to fixed,
in-vehicle GPS/ telematics solutions. |
Using
a portable Bluetooth GPS device paired with the
driver's mobile phone the location of the vehicle
and/ or driver, to within approximately 3m, can
be seen mapped in real-time within the FleetController
browser-based application. This solution provides
complete flexibility for a fleet manager whose tracking
requirements may alter daily : from vehicle to vehicle,
consignment to consignment and driver to driver.
With our solution there is no minimum contract term,
no installation of equipment making life much easier
for the tracking of on-hire vehicles, and no price
penalty for tracking only a small proportion of
your whole fleet. A simple one-off, low cost purchase
of the GPS device (in the region of £25-£40+VAT)
plus the driver's mobile phone/ PDA is all that
is required. |

License features |
In
response to the growing number of enquiries received
from commercial fleet operators with mixed light
commercial and 'O' License rated vehicles, FleetController
has now been enhanced to meet the more stringent
requirements demanded by these operators. The
new features enable FleetController users to comply
with the Goods Vehicle (Licensing of Operators)
Act 1995 and other related Acts and Regulations
with the minimum of administrative effort and
expense.
Many operators currently rely on separate, non-integrated
software systems together with manual, paper based
processes to manage their fleet information.
Now, thanks to the comprehensive features of FleetController's
browser-based backoffice system and driver's mobile
phone interface, adminstration is greatly reduced,
paperwork virtually eliminated and reliance on
more than one software supplier a thing of the
