Subscribing
to 'Small Fleet Package'
Once
you have decided to subscribe to the Small Fleet Package
your account will be set-up and ready to use within a
few minutes of us receiving your confirmation. You will
be emailed the web address and the master account username
and password to access your account - once you have these
details please change your password immediately to something
memorable only to you.
Your minimum committment is only 3
months at 41p
per day per vehicle if you sign-up between
September and October 2007,
thereafter you can pay monthly or annually by Direct Debit
for your continued use of the system.
From your master account you will be able to set-up as
many web-based user accounts as you require for your office
staff and also populate the system with the vehicle, driver
and plant & equipment information for your fleet.
Having successfully done this you will need to send us
a list of the phone numbers of the mobile phones carried
by your drivers, we will then send by SMS text message
a link for you to download the drivers mobile phone software
onto each device.
At anytime you will be able to call or email us between
8:00 and 5:00 Monday to Friday for support.
Our procedures are designed to give you reassurance and
peace of mind. At any stage of your decision making process
our staff will be able to help and advise you on the best
course of action so that you can start to put FleetController
to work for the benefit of your fleet management activities.
